Common questions

Do we need to replace our existing care management system?

No. Tendio connects to the systems you already use, including care management, rostering, billing, and payroll, and automates the work that sits between them. There is no system migration and no disruption to your existing workflows.

How long does it take to get up and running?

Most single-solution deployments are live within two to four weeks. More complex multi-solution or custom engagements typically take four to eight weeks. We handle all of the setup, integration, and testing. Your team's involvement during onboarding is minimal.

Is our data stored in Australia?

Yes. All data is stored and processed in Australia, including all backups. Tendio does not transfer data offshore. Our infrastructure is hosted on Australian cloud infrastructure and we are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Do we need an internal IT team?

No. Tendio is a fully managed service. We host, monitor, and maintain the platform. You access everything through the Tendio Hub portal. No software to install, no servers to manage. If you have an IT team, they are welcome to be involved, but it is not a requirement.

What funding streams and systems do you support?

Tendio is built around the Australian aged care and home care landscape. We support HCP, CHSP, Support at Home, NDIS, and private pay funding streams, and connect to leading care management and billing platforms used across the sector. Get in touch and we can confirm compatibility with your specific systems.

Are there lock-in contracts?

No minimum term by default. Order Forms run on a rolling monthly basis and either party can cancel with 30 days written notice. We earn your business by delivering ongoing value. If you decide to leave, we provide a full data export within 90 days of contract end.

What reporting and visibility do we get?

Every solution surfaces its outputs through the Tendio Hub portal, your team's single view across all active automations. Depending on the solutions you deploy, this includes billing reconciliation reports, compliance alerts, workforce summaries, and communication logs. Reports can be exported on demand and are available to all Hub portal users in your organisation.

Can the solutions be customised for how we operate?

Yes. Each solution is configured to your organisation's specific systems, funding streams, and workflows during onboarding.
